Lighthouse postmark and physicists

I'm 57 years old and female. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with COPD and I was beyond scared! My lung function test indicated 49% capacity. (Btw the real problem is the tobacco industry who adds addicting stuff to their products, so it is not the ‘enjoying’ of the cigarette but the craving of the addicted which is ‘solved’ by a next cigarette, at the cost of severe pulmonary disease:-( )
