Heleen received more postcards than the 'postcrossing wall' was able to carry. Also she received - and sent - postcards besides postcrossing cards. Where to collect them? Well, here, of course! Heleen ontving méér kaarten dan op de 'postcrossing wall' pasten. Ook ontving en stuurde zij kaarten buiten postcrossing om. Maar waar moesten die kaarten nu verzameld worden? Nou, hier, natuurlijk.

In: from the United Kingdom
"Postman with a pony and trap in Northern Ireland, 1938, Photographer unknown", the text on the back side of this card says. The card was issued by the British Postal Museum & Archive.
Also on the back, these stamps, among them one showing the former politician, once youngest Prime Minister in the UK, William Pitt the Younger (1759-1806).
Thank you very much, John!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love this picture (again Thank you very much!), and am wondering who will have traveled the longest distance to meet on the hill top to /receive the mail: the postman or the cyclist :-)
