Heleen received more postcards than the 'postcrossing wall' was able to carry. Also she received - and sent - postcards besides postcrossing cards. Where to collect them? Well, here, of course! Heleen ontving méér kaarten dan op de 'postcrossing wall' pasten. Ook ontving en stuurde zij kaarten buiten postcrossing om. Maar waar moesten die kaarten nu verzameld worden? Nou, hier, natuurlijk.

Out: to Canada
This postcard I've bought already in September, to send to Wilma in Canada. However, not before now I got the time to write the backside of it.
Meanwhile a real message-in-a-bottle from Canada has reached the European (Irish) shore, after some more time.

When I was a kid I always wanted to send a letter in a bottle...
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow! What a fantastic story!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhen I was a child it was on TV a famous program "Verano Azul" (=Blue Summer) about some children in a touristy village in the Spanish coast. One of them sent a message in a bottle to say "I love you" to one of the girls. It was my favourite chapter! :)
And did the girl got the message?:)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYes, she did.
VerwijderenBut finally she chose the other boy (this is the sad part of the story). Life is life!
By the way, I have received some messages in bottles so far. But trough the post, not the sea... :P

Time to send you another bottled message! By land-snailmail, because I think there's a bigger chance that it'll arrive some day than if I'd throw it in the North Sea!.. :-)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBy the way, some time ago there was a nice mail art project by TicTac about Messages-in-Bottles (alas closed for entries now), and all messages/bottles you can see on her website, see http://messageinabottle-tictac.blogspot.nl .
A bigger chance, I agree. But we never knows... :)
